Return Material Authorization (RMA) Application

Welcome to Huntsman Optics' RMA Application page.

We use skilled Technicians for warranty assessments, repairs, and calibrations in our National Service Centre. For warranty assessment, repair, or calibration, completing an RMA form is essential.

Please fill out all sections of the RMA Form and click ‘Submit’ to lodge your request. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days with return authorization, including an RMA number for tracking, a form to sign, and return shipping address. Ensure the signed RMA form is included in your return package.

How to Claim Warranty or Return for Repair/Calibration

  1. Start your RMA application by clicking the provided link. Have your package dimensions ready.

  2. Complete all information on the web form.

  3. Acknowledgement of your submission will be sent automatically.

  4. Within 48 hours, we'll email you the RMA form to print, sign, and a shipping label for goods collection.

  5. Prepare your return package with the signed RMA form and shipment label attached.

  6. Use the RMA number on the form for tracking purposes.
