General RMA Policy:
Huntsman Optics is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality thermal and night vision optics available. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to help if you need to return a product. This RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) policy outlines the process for returning Huntsman Optics products purchased in Australia.
Freight Charges: Huntsman Optics may cover the cost of inbound shipping for in-warranty returns under certain circumstances. Please contact us for more information.
RMA Process: Huntsman Optics has a dedicated RMA system for Australian customers. You can submit an RMA request online or by contacting our customer service team.
Returns Requirements:
- You must obtain an RMA number from Huntsman Optics before returning any product.
- All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories.
- Products must be free from damage caused by misuse or neglect.

How to Request an RMA:

- Complete the RMA form and provide a detailed description of the problem.
- Once you receive your RMA number, securely package your product and include a copy of the RMA form and your original purchase receipt.
- Ship the package to the address provided on your RMA form.
